The location is very private with an empty lot across the canal and fenced in. Walk to the island’s best restaurants, bars, shops and ice cream parlors. The beach is a short stroll (8 min) – use the free golf cart taxi service or ride provided bikes with tow behind cart! Siesta is well known for its #1 beach in the USA!

Open living room and kitchen, heated pool and hot tub, we keep appliances and amenities updated.

You have access to the entire home including 2 parking garages. You can bring your boat and dock in the canal behind the home.

I’m available and often respond quickly. I have a property manager that lives on my street.

The home is on the edge of the neighborhood close to the village. I’ve met several neighbors and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

You won’t need much transportation because everything is within walking distance. A free taxi is also available that accepts tips. I have bikes with a pull behind bike cart you are welcome to use. There is a beach cart, chairs, cooler, etc. for beach trips.
